You may not know how much toxins are affecting your state of being. They are an everyday part of life. Every breath you take, all the food you eat, and all of the products that we use on our body. They cannot be avoided. Toxins are more prevalant today than many many years ago. So the importance of detoxing is almost as important as handling nutritional deficiencies.
Some toxins block your ability to absorb nutrients such as Candida. Some toxins block your ability to think and think clearly. Artificial sweetners like 'Splenda' and 'Nutrasweet' are an example, which should be avioded.

Feel Good Now: The Importance of Nutrition

To be able to focus on feeling good today may seem overwhelming because of all of the many "priorities" that have taken over many peoples lives. Your to do list seems to get bigger all of the time. Stress seems to be more common today because of the demands society has placed upon you. We have lost track of the importance of emotions, and how they benefit you and I.
There are two emotions that I am referring to, in a broad sense, they are feeling good, and feeling bad. Everyone wants to feel good, even if you think you don't, subconsciously your mind is programmed to have complete happiness. But you are bombarded mentally and physically by negativity. I want you to know that feeling good can be easy! And you can take your time and learn to feel good the stress free way. That is the best way, without putting pressure on yourself.
Your body and your mind live off each other. When you feed your body good, your mind benefits. When you feed your mind good, the body has energy and power to move, in whatever way you want. You can feed your mind and your body good positive things, whether it be food or a good book, or something inspirational. When your body and mind is synchronized , your power is exponential. Nutrition is so important when it comes to feeling as good as you can. This cannot be overstated. All disease is based on nutritional inadequacies, which is lack of good food. Use the power of nature and eat the best foods you can find. Also you must avoid processed foods because they cause a build up of toxins in the body, which make you feel bad when your goal is to feel good.
So the first thing you should be doing is getting adequate nutrition. Then you need to eliminate putting toxins into your body, simply by avoiding processed foods, and purchasing healthy produce (preferably organic) and meats, and so forth.
Implementing these simple steps will not only change your life, but as you will see, they will change the world!

How to Feel Good Now!

Do you want to feel good? Of course you do, don't try and deny it. Everyone today whether you know it or not wants to feel good in some way or another. Yet, some people have a hard time, usually based on circumstances, they are blind of the importance of the way they feel.
Usually, what someone will say is that "ohhh, the economy is horrible", or "I have so much debt". Those are just examples of a couple of "excuses" that people make to avoid the tiny effort it takes to feel good.
Just remember it is your birthright to feel as good as you can. The whole purpose you exist it to gain some kind of pleasure! Can you believe that?
If you can believe that you are well on you way of changing your state and
feeling good now.
If you believe that the economy, or politicians , or disease and famine are causing you to feel bad, man are you "screwed". When will all of that be fixed? You cannot depend on outside circumstances to be cured before you can change to a super good feeling state. So it is best to start on the inside. What I mean by that is, you must cure yourself.
It is so important for your body to be in tune. When your body is in tune, this gives you the best ability to have the best feeling emotions! You have to realize how important your body is first of all. So just ask, "would I give a limb for a million dollars?". What about a billion? If you answered no, then pat yourself on the back! You are worth more than a billion dollars, hopefully you realized you can't put a price tag on yourself.
So how do you treat a body that is priceless? How do you get your body in tune, and ultimately, feel really good!?
The easiest and best way to do that is to eat good food. Great nutrition allows your body to synchronize all of it processes, to be at its peak. This gives your mind the easiest way to "feel" good emotions. Your emotions come from your mind and your mind gets its energy from what you feed it. Also, you must take some form of vitamin and mineral supplement, because foods today are not as full of all the nutrients as they were years ago.
Once you start getting supple nutrition, your body and your mind will be in overdrive, and the positive effects will be exponential. After that , you will feel better, and better, and better. Nothing beats feeling good!
